so i ask you... is there anything better than fried cheese? damn.i was making grilled ham n' cheese sandwiches for dinner... and that bit of cheese, that, y'know, leaks out over the edge and just gets fried and crispy and strange and beautiful... i was starting to think i should just fry the cheese straight up. mmm! hot diggity.
altho, i was kinda tired/hungry to the point of a near delerium at the time, as i'd decided to walk home from work... only an hour and fifteen in the cold and the dark... by the time i got home my toes was froze! ! but, it was okay. interesting thing i took note of on my journey, almost all the people i saw on the seawall (south side) as i walked back from kits were women... joggers, walkers, dog walkers... at least a dozen women and maaaybe four guys, half of whom we're in the company of women. certainly not sampled over a large enough period of time to be statistically significant, but curious none the less... perhaps i should do a study...! perhaps not.
i need to buy some long underwears... i've been doing this thing, every winter, it seems, for years, that i deny the fact that i need long underwears until winter is more than half over, and then i can no longer justify spending the money because it'll just end up getting warm, so i wait it out. well, no more i say ! especially, i mean, i'll be in france town in march, that'll add like at least a whole extra month of winter. so ! ya. ...
indeed.
so , the man wot plays Ali G nearly started a riot, butchering the stars spangley banner... thats borat for you. the master of uncomfortable.
been taking some pictures... got the camera back in action thanks to help from my sweety bear... stupidly i deleted an app that i needed in order to download the pictures onto my computer... d'oh! anyways, now we're back in action.... although i totally dropped my camera onto the kitchen floor while i was in mid cheese-fry, and now it needs tape in order to keep the batteries in... d'aargh!! !!

when i took this one, i was looking across the water, and wondering, is that beautiful, or horrible? and then i started thinking it was maybe explicitly neither, but just a sort of screaming, mute and desperate against the sky.
snowman!! wishing the happiest new year!! what a sweety he is.. and over seven feet tall, too! damn. fine work, snowman.
stencil enhanced! this weird 'public art' thing by the city works yard, which i guess is moving soon to somewhere else? not sure... but to make us all feel better about the world, they've got some people who work there to take pictures of the place, and they are on display on the chainlink fence between the works yard and the pathway. i like this one, thanks to the kittens watching the butterflies and the rabbit. where's that rabbit running to, anyways?
i feel like i should go back there and put something in the four empty squares...
the speaking of devils crew in full effect at renegade sound... post practicing for our AMAZING UPCOMING ROCK SHOW!! to steal a bit from conan o'brien... 'i've been to the future and seen it... its great'. we're sounding pretty darn rockin'... amazing what a little drums'll do for ya. so, yeah, come on down, don't forget !!
