faaack. i can hardly believe that THIS is a thing... yay the police. what a great use of funds. the vpd seems to rock more than ever.

gotta look super hip and cool for the o'limp-pricks i guess. 5 years'll go by pretty fast, gotta have the whole fleet in the new look by 2010, so best start soon.
