how is it that the slits are like the best band of all time and until now i totally had no idea?? i feel so ripped off that the only songs i knew were the 'typical girls' and the ... i dunno, they rant something about rhythm.... rythm? whatever.which are like the two worst songs of theirs, as i now discover!
note to self : find out more about the slits.
tragically at the same time as the slits, my other fave of the moment is gretchen frickin wilson...
really i just wanted to hate her, but then in the redneck woman song she sings about leaving the christmas lights on the lawn all year round... i dunno, its pretty funny, and i think my mom would like it.
